What This Screen Is For
Section titled “What This Screen Is For”Use General to configure UI language, speed limit, data path visibility, intermediate path, complete path, cleanup behavior, and max retries.
How To Reach It
Section titled “How To Reach It”Open Settings > General.
Who Can See It
Section titled “Who Can See It”You need settings access. Saving changes requires control or admin credentials when login protection is enabled.
Primary Controls And Actions
Section titled “Primary Controls And Actions”- Choose the interface language.
- Set or reset the speed limit.
- Review the data directory.
- Set intermediate and complete directories.
- Browse server-side directories where the UI supports it.
- Set max retries.
- Toggle cleanup after extract.
Typical Workflows
Section titled “Typical Workflows”- Confirm paths immediately after install.
- Move intermediate work to faster storage.
- Reset speed limit to unlimited after a temporary throttling window.
- Increase or decrease max retries after observing failure behavior.
