Anime

The Anime section is where anime titles live — it’s the facet that owns anime-specific episodic behavior.

Use Anime to review anime titles, inspect episode state, resolve anime import work, and tune defaults that differ from the Series facet. This is where anime-specific episodic behavior lives — specials, recaps, filler, or inter-season numbering can all change which decision is right.

Open Anime in the left sidebar. You’ll see these child pages:

  • Library for the anime overview.
  • Import when manual import work exists and your account can resolve it.
  • Settings with Library, General, Quality, Renaming, and Routing pages.

Most of your work starts in Library, moves to Import only when a completed item can’t be placed automatically, and reaches Settings when the same fix should apply to future anime titles too.

You can use the catalog pages in this section with the view library permission on one or more libraries. The Import page requires resolveImports, and the facet settings pages appear in the sidebar with manageCatalogSettings.

  • Browse and filter anime titles.
  • Search for anime titles to add.
  • Open title, season, and episode detail views.
  • Review filler, recap, specials, or inter-season behavior where the UI surfaces it.

  • Review episode state when specials, recap episodes, or inter-season numbering affects local organization.
