System

When you need to check on the instance itself, open System — it holds the status and background job pages.

  • To access: System → child page in the left sidebar
  • To view: Requires manageSystemSettings app permission; direct links also accept manageCatalogSettings

  • Overview: Instance health and configuration status dashboard.
  • Jobs: Scheduled and background work with status, timing, and manual triggers.

Check System Overview after an upgrade. Review Jobs when scans, provider refreshes, or plugin catalog work appears delayed. Start here when several unrelated screens look odd at once to determine whether the whole instance is unhealthy.
